Institute Costs and Fees
Regular tuition for Summer EAST and WEST Institutes is $1,289. [see Current Registration Discounts above] This program fee includes books and training materials, and lunch each day. The tuition fee does NOT include lodging. Discounted lodging is available. Please ask for CWI discount.
NEW 6 month PAYMENT OPTION!
Knowing that organizational reimbursement can be an issue for educators, we have arranged for special terms with Paypal allowing you to register for either Summer Institute with a 6 month no-interest payment option. Once you have registered online, follow the payment options at the payment portal.
Our Schedule—Planning Your Travel
The Institutes begin promptly at 8:30am on Day 1 and end, following an important culminating activity, promptly at 4:30pm on Day 5. Late arrivals and/or early departures are discouraged out of respect for fellow participants. Please schedule accordingly. Participants will receive detailed schedule information for the week by email in late June.
Graduate Credit Option/Payment We have arranged for an optional and affordable 3 graduate credits for an additional $550. Graduate Credit must be paid by check (not online). Graduate credit registration forms will be available on the first day of the Institute. Payment for graduate credit may should be made at that time, by personal or institutional check. Checks should be made to Community Works Institute (CWI).
Purchase Orders / Checks If you use a purchase order please be sure to note the PO number on your registration form and CWI will promptly invoice your school or organization. Please use the printable registration form for purchase orders and payment by check. If you have any questions please contact us directly at 909.480.3966.
Once we have received your PO and registration form CWI will invoice your organization. All payments related to POs must be received within 20 days to confirm registration.

Registration and Cancellation Policies
No refunds will be made after March 15, 2013. Sorry, no exceptions. Written cancellation notice must be received by that date for a refund—minus a $75 administrative fee. Submission of your registration authorizes Community Works Institute and its event partners to publish photos of you taken at CWI Summer Institutes

REGISTRATION PROCESS and OPTIONS
Participants may register for CWI's Summer EAST or WEST West Institutes in one of the several ways listed below. Please contact us directly by email, or by phone at 909.480.3966 if you have questions.
All Institute registrations can be accompanied by full payment.Online discounted registrations must be paid in full within 48 hours of registration. Sorry, no exceptions!
REGISTER NOW, SPACE IS LIMITED
A. Registering Online You may register and make payment online through our easy and secure registration system. This is the fastest and easiest way to register for the Institute and assures instant registration so that your space will be held. You will be prompted through a simple registration process. Payment may be made by major credit card or Paypal account. Once you have completed your online registration you will receive immediate confirmation by email, along with a subsequent email from CWI with information on how to prepare, what to bring, directions, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Tuition must be paid in full at time of registration to receive the discounted rate. go to online registration

1: There is now a 6 month payment option available. Once you have registed online you will be directed to the payment portal. Choose the 6 month payment option if that best fits your needs.

Our secure payment partner Paypal may request your zip code for "shipping". Simply enter your zip code. This will not result in a shipping charge.
3: Our online registration system will NOT allow you to "save" and return to your registration. You will need to complete the registration process in one session [approx. 10 minutes]
Multi-Person Team Registration Instructions
Register the first person (yourself) at the regular rate of $1,289. Then select "guest" registration, at the same rate of $1,289 for each additional "guest" registrant (team member). You wlll need to provide full contact information for both yourself and each team member. Once you have done so you will be prompted to proceed to "checkout" through our secure payment partner Paypal. [NOTE: Paypal allows you to make payment without having a Paypal account.] After making payment online you will receive an immediate email confimation of payment and registration. If team members need to make individual payments for their tuition please email us with their names and email addresses and we will send individual electronic invoices to each team member. go to online registration now

C. Registering by Email, FAX, or Postal Mail
