There are a variety of ways to place your order with us.

ORDER ONLINE
Use our Web site to order safely and securely. You can add items to your shopping cart simply by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button next to the title. Community Works Institute's online ordering system is encrypted and secure. All of the personal information you enter at this site—including your name, address, and credit card number—will be encrypted with SSL. You can safely order online any time, any day of the week.

After placing an online order, you will receive an email confirming the order you have placed.

PAYMENT
All orders must be prepaid by check, money order, or credit card. We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal (online only) We accept purchase orders from schools and organizations (see below) All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds or by credit card.

ORDERING BY PHONE
We do not take orders by phone. You may fax your order if accompanied by a purchase order. Fax: 909-621-7678

MAILING/FAXING ORDERS
If you'd prefer to order by mail or fax. Please use our downloadable order form. You'll need the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view and print the form. (Reader is available for free from Adobe Systems) Once you've printed a copy, fill out the form and mail to us along with a check or a copy of your purchase order.

We are happy to ship your order for exact freight charges from Claremont, CA. Customs charges may apply.

USING A PURCHASE ORDER
We accept purchase orders from schools and organizations.
For faster processing:

1. Mail OR fax (please do not do both) your official signed, numbered, and dated purchase order, along with the completed order form. We cannot accept purchase orders over the phone or the Web.
2. Be sure to identify an accounts payable contact name and phone number. We cannot process your order without this information.

SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Most shipments to the continental U.S. will arrive in 7-10 business days.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Need your order faster? RUSH orders placed on our Web site or faxed in by 2:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the next day. Orders to Puerto Rico and Guam must be shipped UPS Air; rush delivery charges apply. International orders: Add $50.00 to regular delivery charges. If the amount needed to ship your order exceeds the charges shown here, we will contact you ahead of time for authorization.

PROBLEMS
Report nonreceipt of orders, shorts, billing errors, or damages to us at once. Call 909-480-3966. Save damaged cartons until any claim is settled.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns. We will replace at no charge to you any items damaged in shipping however.
