Institute Costs and Fees
Regular tuition for Summer EAST and WEST Institutes is $1,289. [see Current Registration Discounts above] This program fee includes books and training materials, light breakfast [coffee, tea, juice, bagels, etc] and lunch each day. The tuition fee does NOT include lodging. Discounted lodging is available. Please ask for CWI discount.
Our Schedule—Planning Travel
The Institutes begin promptly at 8:30am on Day 1 and end, following an important culminating activity, promptly at 4:30pm on Day 5. Late arrivals and/or early departures are discouraged out of respect for fellow participants. Please schedule accordingly. Participants will receive detailed schedule information for the week itlsef by email in late June.
Graduate Credit Option/Payment We have arranged for an optional and affordable 3 graduate credits for an additional $550. Graduate Credit must be paid by check (not online). Graduate credit registration forms will be available on the first day of the Institute. Payment for graduate credit may should be made at that time, by personal or institutional check. Checks should be made to Johnson State College [Vermont].
Purchase Orders / Checks If you use a purchase order please be sure to note the PO number on your registration form and CWI will promptly invoice your school or organization. Please use the printable registration form for purchase orders and payment by check. If you have any questions please contact us directly at 909-480-3966. Please remember, all tuition must be paid in advance.
Accommodations Discounts Available!
The Institute tuition/program fee does NOT include lodging. A Discounted Room Rate is available for CWI Participants. See respective Summer EAST or Summer WEST pages for links to suggested local accomodations information.
Registration and Cancellation Policies
No refunds will be made after April 15, 2012. Sorry, no exceptions. Written cancellation notice must be received by that date for a refund—minus a $75 administrative fee. Submission of your registration authorizes Community Works Institute and its event partners to publish photos of you taken at CWI Summer WEST.

REGISTRATION PROCESS and OPTIONS
Participants may register for CWI's Summer EAST or WEST West Institutes in one of the several ways listed below. Please contact us directly by email, or by phone at 909-480-3966 if you have questions.
No Institute registrations can be accepted without payment. Sorry, no exceptions
Registering Online You may register and make payment online through our easy and secure registration system. This is the fastest and easiest way to register for the Institute and assures instant registration so that your space will be held. You will be prompted through a simple registration process. Payment may be made by major credit card or Paypal account. Once you have completed your online registration you will receive immediate confirmation by email, along with a subsequent email from CWI with information on how to prepare, what to bring, directions, etc. go to online registration
PLEASE NOTE:
1: Our secure payment partner Paypal may request your zip code for "shipping". Simply enter your zip code. This will not result in a shipping charge.
2: Our online registration system will NOT allow you to "save" and return to your registration. You will need to complete the registration process in one session [approx. 10 minutes]
3. For discounted registrations you must register and pay tution in full by May 15th (individual) or May 30th (team).
Multi-Person Team Registration Instructions: * Register the first person (yourself) at the discounted rate of $1,189. Then select "guest" registration, at reduced cost of $1,100 for each additiona "guest" registrant (team member). You wlll need to provide contact information for both yourself and each team member. Once you have done so you will be prompted to proceed to "checkout" through our secure payment partner Paypal. [NOTE: Paypal allows you to make payment without having a Paypal account.] After making payment online you will receive an immediate email confimation of payment and registration. If team members need to make individual payments for their tuition please email us with their names and email addresses and we will send individual electronic invoices to each team member.

Please be sure to include payment or purchase order. Checks should be made payable to Community Works Institute. Once we receive your registration form we will immediately send you confirmation by email, along with a subsequent information on how to prepare, what to bring, directions, etc.
